Refund policy

Return Policy

• All return or exchange requests must be completed with us within 7 days of your delivery.
• We only accept return items that are not opened, used, and damaged. Returned items are suggested to be properly wrapped with the original packaging.
• A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non factory defect items.
• All returns must be examined by the return department before any refund can be processed. Refund will be made to the original form of payment.  ACH payment will be refunded via check.
